RH Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services in Fort Collins and surrounding areas of Northern Colorado. All services are subject to availability and our ability to safely complete the requested work.
All quotes provided online, via text, or over the phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before any work begins. If the scope of the job differs from what was originally described, pricing may be adjusted. We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding. No work will begin without your verbal or written approval of the final price.
Payment is due upon completion of service before our team leaves the job site. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and credit/debit cards. Failure to pay at time of service may result in additional fees or legal action.
You are responsible for ensuring that all items you want removed are clearly identified before work begins. You confirm that you have the legal right to dispose of all items we are asked to remove. RH Junk Removal is not responsible for items removed that were not intended for disposal — please clearly separate items you wish to keep.
We do not accept hazardous materials including but not limited to: paint, chemicals, gasoline, propane tanks, asbestos, or biohazardous waste. If prohibited items are discovered during a job, we reserve the right to leave them behind without adjustment to the quoted price.
We take care to protect your property during every job. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work in good faith to address any legitimate claims. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage to items not clearly identified as items to keep.
We ask for at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS, you agree to receive service-related and promotional text messages from RH Junk Removal. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
RH Junk Removal's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services or submitting a quote request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. RH Junk Removal is not responsible for any delays in SMS delivery caused by mobile carriers or network conditions.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
